Throughout this survey, we request that you provide a rating of 1-5 for each of the statements in the survey, 1 being “Strongly Disagree”, 3 being “Neither Agree nor Disagree” (Ambivalent/no opinion one way or the other) and 5 being “Strongly Agree”. There are no ‘right or wrong’ answers. We are just interested in your thoughts as members of Fly Fish Australia Inc. It is not necessary for you to have been in a representative team in order for you to have a valid opinion in relation to our team uniform policies and guidelines.
