As per our existing Fly Fish Australia Incorporated constitution, the Board is notifying the membership of a Special General Meeting seeking reconfirmation by special resolution the approval for the new agreed proposed constitution in a form sufficient to meet the needs of the NSW Department of Fair Trade. Please note we are not seeking to change any of the wording of the new proposed constitution, a copy of which will be posted here for review shortly.
